Founded in 2015, Infraspeak develops an intelligent Facility Management platform that today supports organisations across different sectors in 47 countries. The company's origins are rooted in a reality that remains common across many organisa- tions: fragmented processes, reliance on paper and predominantly reactive operations man- agement. Infraspeak's founders identified an opportunity to digitalise operations and create a solution capable of connecting people, pro- cesses and information within a single system. In its early years, the company focused on re- placing manual procedures with a centralised platform, making use of technologies such as NFC (Near Field Communication) for asset identification. As its client base expanded, it became clear that digitalisation was only the first step, and that the real potential lay in transforming operational data into valuable in- sights for decision-making.
